20 min Air Fryer Lamb
A lot of people ended up buying an air fryer during 2020, and I don’t blame them. It’s so versatile from healthy “frying” to making your breakfast or dessert in it. So, if you’re looking for another way to use your air fryer and love lamb this recipe is for you.
I love this recipe because it’s
super quick and to the point.
Not to mention, it comes out well done and tender every time. It’s something about the air fryer that traps the moisture in the meat, and in this case… that’s what we want!
Ingredients:
2lbs of lamb shoulder chops
3 tablespoons of butter (I used dairy free)
And your choice of seasoning, that’s it.
I like to use:
Trader Joe’s BBQ Rub and Seasoning with Coffee & Garlic - Works really great with meats, doesn’t taste like coffee
Trader Joe’s Everyday Seasoning - If you’re going for a classic taste
Watkins Maple Bourbon Seasoning - Sweet and Savory taste
Directions:
Rinse meat
Oil Ary Fryer and place meat in
Lightly oil meat, cut butter thinly, and scatter across lamb
Add seasoning to your liking
Cook on 370 for 20 mins
Pairing
Normally when I cook lamb in the air fryer, I do the side vegetables in the air fryer as well, this makes dinner easy but kind of fancy. My favorite thing about the air fryer is that it turns off after the timer is done which is great because after you turn in on, you can handle other things around the house.
Some of my favorite things to pair the lamb with are:
Roasted veggies and potatoes
Asparagus and homemade rolls
Green beans and jasmine rice
